** If you choose "Email" a PIN will be sent to the email address. The PIN will allow you access to renew online and charge the $30 fee to a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Secretary of State Charge Account. Please note that a renewal application will not be sent by email, as the renewal application is not needed when using the online Notary Renewal system.
