I’m trying to reset my Fast Track Filing password. Why am I not receiving a password reset email?
First, confirm that you have registered for a Fast Track Filing account. Once you've clicked the link to reset your password, check your Inbox. The email should arrive within a few minutes. If you don't see it, be sure to check your "Junk Mail" folder. If possible, confirm that the email address being used with Fast Track Filing is a valid email.Question:

Check your spam or junk email folder. Depending on your security settings, automated emails like our email address verification emails can be routed there or blocked altogether. If you don’t see the email in any of your mail folders, just email email@example.com and request that the account be activated manually.Question:

How do I set up a payment method for my Fast Track Filing account?
Once you are logged in to your account, select “My Profile” under the Account menu at the top of the page. At the bottom of the Use Profile page, click “Add New”, and select the type of payment method you would like to set up. You’ll be able connect an existing SOS Charge account or provide your credit card information to save to your Fast Track Filing account. Once you have a payment method saved on your account, it will appear on the Shopping Cart page prior to the submission of a filing.Question:
How do I reinstate my entity through Fast Track Filing?
Once you have logged in to Fast Track Filing and set up your payment method on your profile page, go to the “File A Document” page under the “Business Filings” menu. Select “Application for Reinstatement”, and search for your entity. Complete the data-entry page and submit the filing for Agency Review. Once Iowa Workforce Development has reviewed the filing, you will receive an email. If your application to reinstate was approved, you’ll be able to continue the reinstatement process through your Fast Track Filing account Dashboard page. You will see a reinstatement process status bar at the top of the page, and you can complete any remaining forms necessary to complete your reinstatement. You’ll submit all of those forms together with payment for our office’s review. Once we have reviewed those forms, you’ll receive an email indicating the results.
