Why:The "Safe At Home" bill is modelled after laws in 35 states. Safe At Home is an address confidentiality program. This bill helps victims return their lives to a state of normalcy. This program removes participants’ addresses from public records including voting registration records and creates a substitute address for mailing purposes.
