The Iowa Secretary of State’s Office will be conducting a free Elections 101 Workshop for the media to help you prepare for the June 7 primary. This hour-long event will provide reporters, producers, editors, and news directors valuable information in advance of Election Night.

The seminar will be conducted by the Secretary of State’s communications and elections staff. A media kit will be provided. SOS staff will also answer any questions you might have.

This will be an interactive discussion, free of charge, to any member of the Iowa media that would like to learn more about our elections process.

WHERE: Lucas Building (located behind the Iowa Capitol), Secretary of State’s Office, Large Conference Room

RSVP is requested. (Depending on the amount of attendees, the workshop might move to a larger location, if necessary.)
