Ready, Set, Vote 250!
Ready, Set, Vote 250 is an initiative through the Secretary of State’s office with a goal of holding 250 or more voter registration drives across the state of Iowa in partnership with schools, non-profits, organizations, and auditors’ office. This is a nonpartisan initiative to increase voter registration, provide community engagement, and celebrate the 250th anniversary of America’s founding. Additional questions about Ready, Set, Vote 250 may be directed to sos@sos.iowa.gov .
Any voter registration drive held between December 28 and August 23 qualifies as part of the Ready, Set, Vote 250 initiative. If your organization, school, business, or community group conducted a drive during this timeframe, please fill out this form to receive your certificate of recognition.

Historic Document Spotlight (Rotating Feature)
A special highlight of the Iowa America 250 celebration is the Rotating Historic Document Spotlight displayed in our Capitol office in addition to the original 1857 Iowa Constitution. Throughout the year, historically significant documents will be showcased to connect visitors with Iowa’s civic heritage and America’s founding principles.
