MEDIA ADVISORY


Who: The Iowa State Canvassing Board.
Secretary of State Paul D. Pate, Governor Terry E. Branstad, Auditor Mary Mosiman, Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey and Treasurer Michael Fitzgerald
What: An official canvassing of the special election results in Iowa House District 4 and Iowa Senate District 12.
Where: Room 9 of the Iowa State Capitol Building.
When: Monday, January 12 @ 10:00 AM.
Why: The Iowa State Canvassing Board will meet to certify the election results of the special elections to fill the vacant seats of Iowa House District 4 following the death of Dwayne Alons and Iowa Senate District 12 following Joni Ernst’s election to the United States Senate.
